I love when offensive guys declare for the NFL draft. That’s the first time when I start to lick my chops about a guy’s fantasy potential. I get especially giddy over guys expected to be selected in the first round. In RookieBlitz.com’s latest edition of NFL Draft Bound, they take a look at Notre Dame’s electrifying WR, Golden Tate.
